FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT. I only start to work on the commission when I receive the money on my bank account (takes a few days).
Payment through ko-fi only.
50% of the original price for extra characters. (max. 3)
References are required.
I have every right to refuse a commission for any reason.
No refunds.
CHANGES/REFUND POLICY
As a client, it is your responsibility to tell me what you'd like to be changed/adjusted if there is anything you are unhappy with during any of the commission phases. I am here to provide the piece you are supposed to be satisfied with. I will be more than happy to make any changes, and asking for them will not hurt my feelings. Your feedback is more than appreciated!
As commissions are my only form of income, I am unable to issue refunds.
